Tekneden spin atarak yazya yakalamak: yerler, yemler, takımlar

For those fishermen who live in the expanses of Siberia, there is nothing surprising in catching yazya on spinning. Rather, it is quite common and even ordinary event, and several times I have heard the opinion that it is a weed fish, which only interferes with normal fishing. In our country, unfortunately, the population of yazya is not so numerous, and after each catch you want to shout at the whole river like the hero of a well-known video on You Tube. In general, the more difficult the goal, the more desirable the result is, especially since in order to pay attention to this fish, you can not deviate from the standard route during the rafting and, as they say, combine the pleasant with the useful.

When boat fishing, we are interested in the turns of the river

Unlike fishing from the shore, when we are mainly aimed at catching “gregarious” yazya, which periodically goes out to feed on the roll or any other anomaly of the bottom, when fishing from a boat, we are primarily interested in washed out steep turns of the river. Fish are less numerous here, but if in such a place in the middle of a pool there is a “navel” or “table” with a shell, the probability of meeting this strong and beautiful fish increases many times. From time to time you can meet him under the branches of overhanging trees, where he and the chub feed on insects that have fallen from there. And if the chub gives out its presence more clearly, then to understand that it is the yazi that hunts, you can only by diverging on the surface of the circles and characteristic smacking sounds. Quite often it is caught and under the usual cliffs, the only thing – a large yazi prefers areas not on the stream itself, and a little closer to the shore in the numerous “backwaters” that are formed behind various protrusions. In general, as with any other fish, it is important to be in the right place at the right time.

Spinner baits remain the main lures

First of all, the main baits for target fishing for yazya on spinning, as well as twenty years ago, are still the same “ iplikçiler “. Basically they are caught on them not large specimens, but it is more than compensated by the number of nibbles and ease of use. If we start from the products of Mepps, the most optimal for this type of bait is the size #2 or #1+. This is due to the fact that the mouth of the yazya is not very large, and catching on larger baits is not that impossible, but the percentage of empty nibbles will be much higher.

A little from the “classics”:

With the wiring of these baits do not have to be especially wise, as a rule, it is the most common “even”. In contrast to shore fishing, where most often the result is brought by the conductivity of the bait “upstream”, from the boat, I did not notice a special difference, as due to the movement of our barge the angle of the bait is constantly changing throughout the conduct. Sometimes it is useful to make periodic failures in the game, during which most often and there is a bite. Most likely, it is at this point, the yazz considers our bait is very easy prey and attacks it before it swam away further.

With wobblers, of course, everything is a bit more complicated, but when catching on them and specimens larger, and there is an opportunity to catch directly at the bottom. During rafting, I mainly use krenki, as they actually allow you to cover almost all fishing conditions and possible preferences of the yazya. And he, it should be admitted, at times can be very capricious and even during one day can completely change his taste preferences. But these are small baits with a size of 25-45 millimeters with a fairly high-frequency game.

Again from the “classics”:

Yazi likes wiring when the bait touches the bottom

As you can see, we can completely cover almost all fishing conditions even only with the lures that I have listed. This applies both directly to the size itself, and the degree of depth, because this factor is no less interesting to us. We can even say that in 90% of all cases it is the depth will be the factor through which it will be possible to deceive the yazya. This is due to the fact that when fishing from a boat, we are hunting a single fish, which most often stands near the bottom, and if the bait “goes” much higher than it, the yaz will simply not rise behind it. With the same fact is associated with the fact that the yaz is very fond of wiring, when our bait periodically chirps on the bottom, raising small clouds of muth.

In spring, when there is a mass departure of insects, surface baits like Jackall Chubby 38F SSR or Sakura Notobug, as well as any other “cockroaches” may be appropriate.

Streaming rods are well suited for such fishing

In this component, the situation is very similar to the catching of the same river fish, when we need to throw small baits, and at the same time when a large specimen bites at the moment of catching to fight with him on equal terms. Especially since, for example, even a kilogram yazi is already a very worthy opponent, which does not give up, even being in the cradle. Therefore, it will be best to have some reserve in the power of your spinning to restrain all the jerks of fish and move it out of place when the yazi becomes across the stream. The best for this purpose are the so-called “stream” rods, which are used in salmon fishing on mountain rivers. Due to the complex structure and a slightly more powerful rim they will hold the fish perfectly, and at the same time the necessary throwing distance will be provided.

Test for catching yazya: up to 10-12 grams

From what we can find, quite good options will be, for example, Major Craft Finetail Stream New, Zetrix Forra or the same Norstream Bifrost. But again – everything should be evaluated purely from the position of your wallet and naturally, that for fishing yazya will fit any rod with a test up to 10-12 grams. Just for me hunting for white predator is the main way of catching, for years, so to say, formed a certain circle of personal preferences.

Catching yazya requires patience and luck

Of all the “white” trinity it is the yazya requires the most patience and even some luck, but the satisfaction that we get from catching this beauty is definitely worth all your efforts and time spent …

In general, as they say, to all tails and scales!

Catching yazya from a boat is such a thrill! I recommend hitting up the rivers during early mornings with soft plastics as bait. Trust me, having a medium-heavy rod makes a huge difference. It’s all about that perfect cast—you won’t regret it! Give it a shot!

Catching yazya from a boat is such a thrill! I remember this one trip where we used bright spinners, and it was like magic—they just couldn’t resist! Check out local spots like the river bends, and trust me, bring some jigs too. You won’t regret it!

Catching yazya from a boat is such a thrill! I’ve had great luck using light spinning gear and soft baits. Try spots near underwater structures; they love to hang around there. Trust me, once you feel that tug, you’ll be hooked for life! Give it a shot!
